We always endeavour to act on a genuine 'No win No fee' wherever possible, this means that should your claim succeed, we will seek to recover our costs from the insurers of the driver at fault for accident.
Claims under the MIB Untraced Drivers Agreement are different. There is no entitlement to the recovery of legal costs apart from a small contribution the MIB will make towards them. Because of this, the only way for us to receive payment for our services is through our contingency fee agreement. If your claim succeeds, we deduct our fees in a sum equal to 25% of your compensation plus VAT to cover our professional fees in dealing with this matter on your behalf. No fees are charged in the event that your claim fails for whatever reason.
